Full name, National ID (NIK), residential address, gender, place and date of birth, profile photo, and basic applicant biographical data.

Active email address, phone/WhatsApp number, and emergency contact that can be reached during the selection process and internship implementation.

School/university of origin, major/study program, education level, GPA/academic grades, list of skills, languages mastered, certificates, and organizational experience.

Identity and supporting documents such as Student ID Card, National ID (KTP) if applicable, Academic Transcript, official Cover Letter from the educational institution, and Internship Proposal (as well as BPJS Employment card upon acceptance as an intern).

GPS coordinates and selfie photos uploaded during daily check-in and check-out attendance throughout the active internship period.

Evaluating the alignment of your qualifications, major, and application documents with the requirements of internship positions in PT PAL Indonesia work units.

Managing daily attendance, mentor performance assessments, and structuring the Intern Learning Plan (RPP) throughout the program.

Issuance of Internship Acceptance Letters, Intern ID Cards, and official Internship Certificates once all internship obligations are met.

Sending application status updates, selection invitations, attendance alerts, and official company announcements via email or portal notifications.

All data communications are secured with HTTPS encryption protocols. Sensitive document files are stored in an encrypted server repository with secure link protection (secure file viewer).

Data access is strictly limited to authorized personnel (Human Capital Admin, HC PIC, Work Unit PIC, and Mentors) in accordance with their respective duties and responsibilities.

Account forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to limit automated requests. Cloudflare processes security signals such as IP addresses and browser information during verification. See Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

PT PAL Indonesia (Persero) never sells, rents, or shares your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes beyond applicable laws and regulations.

You have the right to view, edit, and update your biographical data, academic qualifications, and re-upload documents at any time via the My Profile menu.

You may withdraw your consent to personal data processing at any time by writing to magang@pal.co.id. Withdrawing consent during an active selection process will stop the processing of your internship application.

You may request account closure or deletion of application data (right to erasure) by contacting the Human Capital Administrator after the selection process or internship has ended.

Unsuccessful applicants’ data is retained for up to one year for consideration in subsequent selection rounds, then deleted or anonymized. Data of interns who complete the program is retained for five years to verify official internship certificates.

All application statuses, evaluation feedback, and notification logs can be monitored directly and transparently through your dashboard account.

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to align with portal feature developments or the latest data protection regulations. Revisions will be announced through this portal.
